Best Time to Walk the Queen Charlotte Track
We suggest that the best time to walk the Queen Charlotte Track is in the summer months between November and February.
There is a lot of shelter from the various trees across the track due to the terrain, and by hiking in the summer months you are able to enjoy the various water-based activities such as swimming and kayaking.
Hiking the Queen Charlotte Track during summer also enables those who are camping to have far more stable weather.
